Western Hostility products are made to order. This means your item is produced after your order is placed, then packed and shipped through our fulfillment partners.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing & Production
Because our products are made on demand, orders are not pulled from pre-made inventory.
Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days after the order is submitted, but production time may vary depending on the product, order volume, season, availability, and fulfillment location. Printify states that most orders ship within 2–7 business days after submission.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, destination, carrier, and fulfillment provider.
Estimated shipping times may include:
- U.S. Standard Shipping: usually 2–5 business days after production
- U.S. Economy Shipping: usually 4–8 business days after production
- International Standard Shipping: usually 10–30 business days after production
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Printify’s listed shipping options vary by provider and method, with domestic and international estimates depending on the selected shipping option.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the product type, shipping destination, shipping method, and fulfillment provider.
Orders with multiple items may ship at different rates depending on whether the items are produced by the same provider or different providers. Printify notes that shipping costs vary by product, provider, destination, and shipping method.
Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages.
This can happen when items are produced by different fulfillment providers, shipped from different locations, or require different packaging.
You may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available.
Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking details. Tracking may not show movement immediately after the label is created.
Shipping Delays
Western Hostility is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier delays
- Weather
- Holidays
- High order volume
- Customs processing
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
- Local delivery disruptions
- Circumstances outside of our control
We will do our best to assist, but once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is largely outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Western Hostility is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or undeliverable because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any replacement, reshipment, or additional shipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Western Hostility is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as missing, stolen, or not received.
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.
We may assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available depending on the product and destination.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, fees, or charges required by their country.
Western Hostility is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping carriers.
Order Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted for production.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already entered production, we may not be able to cancel it.
