FROM THE AUTHOR:

"I WRITE UNDER WESTERN HOSTILITY BECAUSE MY REAL NAME HAS TO STAY ATTACHED TO A QUIET PROFESSION. I’VE MADE PEACE WITH THAT. THE NAME ISN’T THE POINT ANYWAY. THE POINT IS THE WORK, THOUGHTS ON DISCIPLINE, RESPONSIBILITY, AND THE THINGS MEN CARRY WHEN NOBODY IS WATCHING."

HAND WRITTEN

I write the way I think. Not to impress anyone, not to sound poetic, and not to dress it up. Just honest thoughts on the things most men feel, carry, and keep to themselves.

FROM EXPERIENCE

I’m not writing because I think I have everything figured out. I write because some thoughts linger, and putting them into words is the only way I’ve found to make sense of them. A lot of this comes from things I’ve seen, things I’ve carried, and lessons I don’t want other men to learn too late.

NO NAMES

Some work is meant to stay quiet. I’m not here to dress it up, hint at things I can’t say, or use silence as a way to seem more important. The names, places, and details don’t belong here. What matters are the lessons that came from them.

REVIVE PHILOSOPHY

A lot of men are drifting. They know it, even if they don’t say it. This is my attempt to bring back the kind of thinking that gives a man direction, discipline, and something solid to stand on.
